When you have started writing, whether you have the germ of an idea or a whole plot, the hardest part begins. Maybe you’re an accomplished writer or maybe you just like the idea of writing but sooner or later you’re going to run into this problem.

It’s hard.

I don’t mean the actual act of writing, I mean the continuing on and seeing a project to it’s completion.

Here’s a snapshot of my life: On the days I write I feel a slow steady rhythm, a purpose flowing through me, I have sat down and given of myself, I have wrestled the beast from my chest and it lies half formed and squirming before me. Today I have slain my dragon.
